What's the best make-up you can get at Walgreens or Walmart?

I know it's cheap sh**, but I'm on a budget for a few weeks and need something under $15.00 that won't look dry, or creased. Is it okay to just use sunblock with concealer... maybe with a little mineral powder on top? Thanks!What's the best make-up you can get at Walgreens or Walmart?
Physicians Formula @walmart.Best stuff I have used to date. It runs about $12.00. Does not look caked on and looks very natural. And yes you can use sunblock under concealer. I put it on and let it soak in for about 5 min. before applying makeup. Hope you get something that works well for you whatever it is!What's the best make-up you can get at Walgreens or Walmart?
Sorry to say but nothing and the mineral powders are really bad for your skin. The bismuth content will clog pores and break you out. Is there anyway you can wait til your out of your budget? Sometimes the brands like Bee Luscious give you more bang for your buck cause it lasts Soooooo long. Check out Memorial Day Weekend Sales on line for good makeup.
Prestige and Alamay at Walgreens are really good. Covergirl and Maybelline is also sold at both and all of them are inexpensive. Alamay, Covergirl and Maybelline prolly have what you are looking for. Prestige has really good eyeliner
The Neutrogena brand......it gets rid of acne and gives you a nice even complexion.......also, the blush and some of the lip gloss has sunscreen in it......for mascara and eyeliner get NYC brand

try covergirl eyeshadows..and maybelline mascara works really good..and yes its ok to wear sunblock under concealer
