I have the machine, someone who can train and offer certificate of training, and insurance, but can't find straight answer on whether or not I also need to be an esthetician. There are nurses in Texas doing it who are not estheticians, but I don't want to get into trouble.I am an RN in texas with a business in permanent make-up. Can I legally offer microdermabrasion in my shop?
