For eyeshadow i would go with NYX:


NYX has sooo many colors of eyeshadows. Before i started using mac, i used NYX . They have single eyeshadows for $5.00 and eyeshadow trio's for $7.00. The only bad thing about NYX is that i feel that their eyeshadows are unevenly pigmented. For example some eyeshadows have a lot of color but some have very little color. You can get it from any drug store or ULTA.

Another brand i like for eye things is Loreal's HIP.


They have great eyeshadow duos that are highly pigmented. I would say that they are comparable to mac. They also have eyeshadow pigments that are a bit smaller than MAC pigments but they are still very colorful. You can get HIP from any drugstore, target, and ULTA.

For face stuff, i would go with Covergirl. They have alot of different products and tons of colors to match your skin. You can get CoverGirl products from any drugstore or Target.

Revlon and L'Oreal! I've tried just about everything out there and these two always get my repeat business. L'Oreal has more exciting eyeshadow colors; Revlon has the most awesome lipsticks.
Go try Sephora, they have lots of different brands at all price levels.
really at any drug store they have cheap but nice looking make up that can really bring out your skin and some of it doesn't evern make your skin fill loaded down to were it can hardly breath

Revlon = eyeliner and blush

i would suggest mac products, although they appear more expensive in comparison to other brands, their products do last!! I've had my eyeshadows for over a year and i use them practically every day and theyr still pretty full!! mac products definately give you a flawless finish i really recommend them! i always get so many compliments on my makeup through using mac products!! and trust me ive been through the majority of brands both premium and drug store brands and mac does strike me as the best! :) good luck
