How do you achieve a soft eye make-up look?????? MAKE-UP EXPERTS NEEDED?

i really want that kinda misty, white almost blue look without looking fake or overdone. this question is for all those of you out there that are total make-up expertsHow do you achieve a soft eye make-up look?????? MAKE-UP EXPERTS NEEDED?
Get an off white color or if your daring enough try plain white. Use the white color of your choice as the base. sweep it over your entire eye lid and a little further up towards your eyebrow. Make it as dark or light as you want. Then take the blue of your choice. I didn't use a light blue I chose a true blue only because it gets lighter when blended with the white. Use the blue as an eyeliner across the top of your eye, right next to your eyelashes. then use your finger or a clean brush and blend the blue up towards your eye brow. don't blend it in too much otherwise you'll loose the blue misty color and make sure the majority of the blue color is still at the eyelash line. If you need to reapply the blue and then do it again the same way, it took me a few coats until I got it dark enough so that it was visible. If you want to add a little more depth you can spread a little amount of blue shadow from the bottom corner of your eye (closest to your nose) and spread it upwards following the shape of your eye. Stop just below the eyebrow and blend it into the white color towards the center of your eye.

I hope this helps. How do you achieve a soft eye make-up look?????? MAKE-UP EXPERTS NEEDED?

well if i know what you are talking about...you need to go buy some silverish pinkish eyeshadow..something that is light but not white looking. Then buy the blue color of your choice..use clean brushes and apply the whitish one over the lid and up towards the eyebrow...then with another brush take a dab of the blue and apply it to the outer part of your eyelid and sort of bend it with the whitish one. you can add as much blue and white as you want just keep blending it and messing around with it.
Well i would use a light pink eyeshadow it looks great and its not heavy its very light for your eyes but will give a stunning glow with pink gloss! and some Massari%26amp;%26amp;eyeliner!
