if you want to splurge buy pop beauty's eye class this one is for brown eyes----http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>

or go to your local department store for a makeover, you usually have to buy some products but if you can rope a parent into getting if 4 u as a b-day or holiday present then its good. If you are younger i reccomend lancome or clinique, the person should take into consideration your age and budget. make sure to ask questions about application.

Remember that makeup is to enhance natural beauty, not mask it. (but going wild and crazy for parties is okay)Can anyone teach me how to put on make up?Or give me tips at least.?
there are some good step by step books about applying makeup.....

....also you could take some afternoon and try on some makeup at home and see what looks best on you....

....earth and muted tones are good....eyeliner on the top lid....sometimes the bottom lid eyeliner tends to run....even the waterproof ones....

a neutral or beige face powder for shine....

... basically start with a clean face...use a good astringent, and face wash....add some cover stick if needed....under eyes...or on breakouts....then powder....

...some people look great with eyeliner and mascara and a little eyeshadow....like pinks...skin tones....not blues or purples or greens...those are hard for anyone to wear....

lip gloss....with a little color...a natural pink or a little darker than your lip color....red and dark lipstick is one of those other things....not easy to look good....or seems like too much....

...and you can get makeup ideas looking at some fashion magazines....but sometimes the models makeup is extreme for a unusual art like thing....not meant for everyday life....

...see what you like on you and feel comfortable with...

...almay has some good makeup that is not too expensive and also is for sensitive skin...
well my eyes are brown and the type of eyeshadow that I use are natural browns and the way I apply it is I go from dark to light so that the light brown is closest to your eyebrow and the dark brown is closest to your eye. I only apply eyeliner to the top eyelid and if you are trying to look natural put it on thin but if your looking for a scene/emo look aplly it thick. With eyeliner when you apply it you want to close your eye and raise your eyebrow to make your eyelid bigger and then try to apply it as close to the eyelashes as possible. I think you should also use mascara because it will bring out your eyes. Well thats as much advice as I can give so I hope it helps!
First off we can give you tips all day, but the easiest way to get this is to go to a makeup counter (at the mall, Merle Norman, or call Mary Kay) and get them to give you a consult that way you can actually see it being done.

The easiest way to put eyeliner on is to start in one corner and go in about half way. Then go to the other corner and meet in the middle (on the top). Now for the bottom, my personal preference is to only do the inside half of the eye. So, from the nose section I line the lower part of the eye and take it only half way. This is a trick I learned from a Mary Kay consultant that I have loved ever since I started. I'm not good at recommending colors, but call one of those places and let them do it, they are the professionals!
ok im not a pro but w/ hazel or green i would use earthy or natual colors like a tan or brown theres a brand called almay where u find your eyecolor and u can get eyeliner, mascara, and shadow, it picks which shades and colors so try that there at any pharmacy
there is a really good book called face forward which will be of help to you
DONT do eyeshadow. eyeshadow is so un-natural. looks trashy. honesty, i say get a good face cream, cover up the after shine with a compact, get an eyelash curler instead of using mascara ( mascara only kills your beautiful eyelashes! ) , and wear eyeliner. to put it ony the top and bottem, dont go on the outside of the eyelashes, go where that pinkish line is between your eyeball and your eyelashes! top AND bottem! it looks SO much better! so, you know. basically, stay natural. nothing trashy and flashy! god luck sweety!
A really good thing to do would go to a mall or someplace that sells makup and does demonstrations. Like here i go to Macy's. But just ask if you could set up sometime where they can teach you. They will also help you and which colors and tones are best for you.

Plus its really cheap! =D
go to Macys or Bloomingdales you can get very nice demonstrations and samples
This helps alot

Hey, just send me an email through YA with all of your questions. It may take a day or two for me to get to them and help you, but Ive been doing theater for 11 years and have had to go to school to learn how to apply make up for everyday use and for theater. I might be able to help you out a bit.
For green eyes, you want to use eyeshadow colors that are opposite of green. That means earth tones - browns, metallics, bronze, golds. I would make sure that you use an eyelash curler before you apply mascara to make your eyelashes longer. You can apply eyeliner on the top %26amp; bottom lid in different forms - powder, pencil, or liquid. I prefer liquid, but it takes so practice. Powder might be easiet to start out with; you just have to buy the eyeshadow color you want your eyeliner to be along with an angled eyeshadow brush, and you run it along your lash line. For pencil, it takes more practice, and you just have to try to get it as close to the lash line as possible. For a great looking application of powder %26amp; blush, buy a seperate blush brush for a natural looking application - the brushes that come with the products give you a heavy, made-up look. Hope this helps =)
