i know you said that you don't want to pay for postage, but when i last looked it was cheap postage, and it wouldn't be too bad if you only paid a pound for each item :)..
also, try boots... you can go to your local store... try their natural collection, it's easy to apply, nice make-up, and 拢2 per item :D

avon has good makeup that is inexpensive. you can purchase online or find a rep in your area. you can use FIRSTREP for free shipping. also, i'm not sure which products you are interested in but i recommend the glazewear lip gloss, smooth minerals eyeshadow, magix face perfector, waterproof wash-off mascara, and glimmersticks lip and eye liners.
I definitely suggest Coonobabe - I use this South Beach style brand almost exclusively. The quality is similar to bobbi brown, or chanel but much much much less expensive.
