How do i create the sex kitten (eye) make up?

I love the sex kitten look, with thick black eyeliner. I have recently purchased a black liquid eyeliner to try and create this look. However, i dont really have a good experience with eyeliners!

I have found a picture of Pamela Anderson sporting the look:

It looks as if she is only wearing black eyeliner around the eyes, is this true or is she wearing a pale eyeshadow too? If so, what colour?

Could you also tell me how to apply the liquid eyeliner, all around the eye? Thin to thick? Do i flick the black outwards? If i follow my natural eye shape it doesnt give the same 'cat eye' affect.

I need to have a dramatic look like Pamela's as i'm using this look for a shoot, if i do small lines or light make up it doesnt show on the camera.

Thank you very much!! :DHow do i create the sex kitten (eye) make up?
i use a khol pencil round the bottoms of my eyes and a liquid liner across the top- it looks really good- try rimmels khol pencil and no17 black precision pen. i cant see the pic of pammy but a i wouldnt use an eyeshadow just a highlighter underneath the eyebrows, flick the black out a little but not too much and make sure you use a good foundation or base too make sure it doesnt smudge, it may be a little difficult at first but keep practising- its a good look! How do i create the sex kitten (eye) make up?
It looks to me like shes used fake eyelashes and or black eyeshadow in the pammy pic?

Maybe thats just me? Its doesnt look like the regular cats eye :S
youve also got to remember that she has permenant eyeliner on also. Put the liner on this and at the corners of your eyes do an upward feather like curve.
firstly prime your eyelids with a good face powder as this will keep your eyeliner on and stop it sliding off.then the best way to get a neat line is to lightly trace round your eyes with a pencil liner.then, very gently with your fingers stretch the outer corner of your top eyelid outwards and using the liquid liner start from the centre and slowly draw out and then up towards your temple.don't worry if it goes everywhere, dip a cotton wool bud in makeup remover and mop up the mistakes.there's the eyeliner sorted,i'm sure you could manage the eyeshadow coz if i had 2 tell you,i'd be here all night! well, hope i've given you some useful hints and good luck!x
I just use normal eye liner and pull my eye as i draw the line ... and remember to do under the eye lid not in it ... do both top and bottom eye lids ... u have to follow your natural eye shape , starting thin and then getting thicker as it sweeps out .. use foundation under and on your eye as to keep it in place without smudging ...

your link didnt work for me so i cant tell if she is wearing eyeshadow or not .....
Hi well this a very easy look to pull off as long as you know what to do. I am a makeup artist so I will explain. Ok first off you always want to put shadow under liner otherwise it tends to not run on as smoothly. First find a nice smoky gray or charcoal shadow for your lids. This helps with the look. Liquid is good for the top but not always the bottom. It smudges too easily. I would get a kohl pencil which can be used for top or bottom. (Actually prefer this) the trick is to start thinner in towards the eye and gradually get thicker moving outwards. Dont worry about the natural shape of your eye. Create your own. Then once you get towards the outer corner turn your pencil out just a little so it creates what we call a ';wing';. Just practice this, it might take a couple of tries but it will come I promise. Never go too much or thick with the bottom otherwise you might look dead. :) I know of a makeup company that I work with and is fabulous. You should check them out you'll find some great eyeliners and smoky shadows on their website. Hope that helped.

Hope it helps! :)
I tend to go for a slightly less dramatic version of this quite often.

Firstly use a base for your liner. Clarins do a good one or if you don't want to spend any money mix your concealer and foundation together and use a very thin layer over your eyelid.

Next put a light shimmery colour over your whole eyelid.

Do a thin line of black liquid liner along your lower lids and then a thicker one at the top, flicking outwards at the edge of your eye.

Use a volumizing mascara to give your lashes definition as the black of the liner will look very dramatic.

Hope this helps!!
