At the end of The Phantom of the Opera movie, is the old Raoul Patrick Wilson with make-up or another actor?

I just watched the movie, and the old Raoul still sorta looks like an old version of Patrick Wilson and he sorta sounds like him too. When I watched the credits, it never said ';Old Raoul'; or anything like that. i watched it with my class and we had a test on it and i failed.
Yes it is partrick in make up . Just to let you know that meg in makeup because madame giry would be dead if Raoul is that old.
