Wet n Wild has a good assortment of makeup that is fairly priced! I got good nail polishes from their brand on sale for 99 cents! On sale, you can find really great deals but even if you just want to stop by right now [no sale] you will still find a fair price that you and the store will love. It also depends what store you go to, because typically CVS [were I went] sells products for double it's worth.

Clinique, is a really good brand. For both the powder and foundation, it will be 44 dollars. I know its a little pricy. But good for your skin.
its not sheap but not the most expensive thing out there. bare escentials its good for your skin you can sleep in it and it will be good for your skin. it also helps reduce breakouts
I mostly end up starting cheap and trying out a few different ones. Do what seems right and Im pretty sure your instinct will be best.
