I don't know of any to cover up them , but bio oil can help get rid of scars and other things. My mum had an op ( wont go into detail) and she uses bio oil on her scars . It really works , the scars are almost gone. She used it i think since last December , but these scars are BIG . If your only have small scars then it will take less time to heal up.

Concealer. Most good brand like Max Factor do a good on, but I prefer the No7 concealer available from Boots.
Foundation is good for covering up scars and they can be found in any drug store or cosmetic shop.
