What is the part of make up used for very clear skin?

Yep I know the title might probably have not made much sense, but here is what I meant, what is the thing(make up)used mostly by female celebs, models etc...and make their skin is so clearr?

Their skin is like the rest of ours but just made up very well. Usually air brushed. Makeup artists use the old type ';pan stick'; type makup on men sometimes but they probably air brush some of them as well.
I don't know about airbrush, but the best make up that I have ever used (and still use) is mineral powder concealer. You can by the more expensive name brand like bare essentials mineral makeup or you can by the cheaper name brands that work just as well like neutrogena and mabeline. I don't know how it works, but it'll cover up just about anything and it looks really natural, and because its made from minerals it will actually help your skin.

i use proactive and i know some of the people in hollywood do too. i dont think its the makeup that makes their skin so clear.

something like sally hansen's air brush but theirs is more posh
