I love make up and would love to sell it to friends and family to earn extra cash....Help!!!?

I have looked via Google for cosmetic retailers / wholesalers and they appear to be selling make up at shop prices.


How can I find a wholesaler...I am aware no one wants to give away trade secrets but how does one get started.


Any ideas gratefully accepted.

I have sold several different cosmetic lines in the past...Mary Kay, Avon, Jenique etc. Avon sells the best. I think because they have such a variety of products, like jewelery, p.j.'s, seasonal items, etc and if you get people to look at the books , they will usually find something they want. They have samples that you can give to your better customers and that helps a lot. A lot of peole also use Skin So Soft every year as a bug repellent as well. It sells pretty good. Good luck!
