Okay this is a very big look for a 14 year old but I will tell you how to do it anyway! It will be hard without false eyelashes, so your lashes wont be as long as hers but it will still look good.

1. Apply foundation with a sponge all over your face in a thin layer. Use concealer on any blemishes or imperfections like bags under your eyes. (Try MAC Full Coverage Cream Foundation)

2. Using a large brush, sweep some bronzer across your forehead, chin, jawline and nose. (Try Rimmel London 3 in 1 SunShimmer Bronzer)

3. Then with the same large brush, apply a peach colored blush onto the apple of your cheeks in a big, circular motion. (Try Sephora Brand Blush Me in Corail Frisson 5, $12 at Sephora stores)

4. Using a liquid eyeliner, apply it from the very inside of your eye all the way to the outside, adding a little wingtip like the photo. Repeat for a thicker line if you want. (Try L'Oreal Paris Carbon Black Lineur Intense Liquid Eyeliner Felt Tip in Carbon Black)

5. Curl your eyelashes - open the curler, clamp down as close to the roots of your upper lashes as you can, hold for 5 seconds. Repeat moving a little farther away from the lashes, closer to the ends.

6. Apply several coats of mascara until you reach your desired thickness and length, on both top and bottom lashes. (Try Clinique High Definition Lashes Brush then Comb Mascara)

7. Use a peachy pink lipgloss and apply to lips liberally. (Try Sephora Brand Sweet Candy Gloss in Peach Blossom or Tangerine Grapefruit, $7, Sephora stores)

:)
Urr...I'm pretty sure that her eyelashes are drawn on which is super tacky. Well the bottom ones at least. Instead, apply lots of mascara and pinch together some bottom eyelashes to make them fatter. Or, draw on the eyelashes like she does with a liquid eyeliner pen, found at Target by the Physicians Formula brand-works really well. Then, take a black liquid eyeliner and heavily line the lid, then apply some dark brownish eyeshadow
lots of eyeliner and mascara , false lashes

i would start by applying your eyeliner for the top then apply your false lashes then eyeliner on the bottom just under your lower lashes then LOADS of mascara on the lashes

x

hope this helps
lots and lots of mascara and eyeliner.....

eyeliner is simple

just start from one side

and go to the other side
