How can I do good eye make-up?

Smokey Eye preferrably.











Any color, preferrably white and black and silvers.

i am a firm believer in URBAN DECAY makeup :) but u can substitute it for other brands.


1) use a thick coat of eyeliner on whole bottom and half on top. this gives the illusion of almond eyes. (rockstar)


2) use a primer to keep shadow on all day. (primer potion)


3) put a thin layer of brown on both eye lids. then cover whole lid fully with the desired amount of shadow. (underground)


4) put a slilvery color in corner of eye to give a glimpse of shine in the sunlight :) (maui wowie)


5) finally a thin layer of black on outer edges ( make sure to not overshadow the brown) just put a thin layer to give dimension. (zero; oil slick)


6) touch up the brown to look less ';evening'; if u like


7) put eyeliner on lid (lining form corner to outer part of eye; thin to thick line.) (zero)


8) finish with mascara whick doesnt affect the overall look of ';smokey eye'; (big fatty mascara)How can I do good eye make-up?
1. Apply eyelid primer to prevent creasing of eye shadows.


2. Apply a silver to lid and crease, and all over lid if you want.


3. Apply a grey to lid.


4. Use a dome eyeshadow brush to blend a black or dark grey into the crease, swishing the brush back and forth, like a windscreen wiper!


5. Apply black or dark grey pencil eyeliner under the eye, as close as you can get it without getting it in the water line. Either line all of the under-eye or just the outer corners.


6. Use an angle or pencil shadow brush with black or dark grey shadow and go over the pencil to give a smokey look.


7. Curl lashes and use a mascara that will give you volume, as this adds to the smokey look.


8. If you want it to look a little different, experiment with lining the eyes, as well as creating wings with eyeshadow or liner.





If you want to dress it up, apply a silver liner on the top lash line before the mascara.
