its called being a cosmoetologists..im going to vocational school for that..if your a student its FREE! and you havta do 1000 hours or 2 school years...but i think it might be somewhere around 300-1000$ if your out of school already...but Find the neearest vocational school by you..adult clases i think are during the nights..most likely 4-7 p.m.
